JAG-1000

The Deluxe Oil Cooler Kit is supplied with all necessary hardware and easy to follow instructions, 1",1-1/8",1-1/4",1-3/8" and 1-1/2" Clamps are included allowing fitment to the following Models:

JAG-1290

This Jagg Low Mount Oil Cooler is designed especially for Twin-Cam Harley-Davidson Softail Motorcycles.

The cooler kit is supplied with a riser plate to lift the regulator to allow fitment of the oil cooler at the lowest possible position yet above the bottom of the frame. The 6-Row oil cooler's two-pass design offers significantly more cooling surface than our closest competitor. Special in-line turbulators add to the cooler's efficiency with minimal oil pressure loss or restriction. Aluminum construction with durable powder coated finish.

Softail Low Mount Oil Cooler Kits are supplied complete with mounting hardware, oil hose, and easy to follow installation instructions.

JAG-2300

The Jagg 10-row Low Mount Oil Coolers are designed specifically for Harley-Davidson Twin-Cam Dressers and Road Kings. These units will also fit late-model EVO applications. These units are particularly suited for mounting on Ultra models with lower fairings.

These compact oil coolers offer 40% greater cooling capacity than the already high-performing Jagg 6-row oil cooler. A unique mounting system insures easy installation. The coolers' inline turbulators and mini-louvered air fins ensure unparalleled efficiency.

Fitment Notes:

1.  Twin Cam M/Cycles require Oil Filter adapter JAG-4600 or JAG-4700 to access Oil supply.
Note: the 6-row coolers will also fit through 2008 but because the 2006 and later bikes run so hot we generally prefer to fit these JAG-2300 10-row coolers.

  JAG-2500

The Jagg 10-row Lowmount Oil Coolers are designed for TC-88" and TC-96" Harley-Davidson Dyna motorcycles. 

This compact unit offers 40 percent greater cooling capacity than the already high-performing Jagg 6-row cooler. A unique mounting system insures easy installation. The cooler's special inline turbulators and mini-louvered air fins insure unparalleled efficiency.

JAG-4000 Manual By-pass Valve

The Jagg Manual By-Pass Valve acts as a manual thermostat allowing you to by-pass the cooler for cold weather riding or faster warm ups on cool days. Works with all oil coolers.* Durable anodized billet aluminum construction. Compact in-line installation.

The Jagg Manual By-Pass is supplied complete with all necessary hardware and easy to follow installation instructions.

 

 

JAG-4050 Automatic By-pass Valve

The Jagg Automatic By-Pass Valve acts as an automatic thermostat allowing you to by-pass the cooler for cold weather riding or faster warm ups on cool days. Works with all oil coolers.* Durable anodized billet aluminum construction. Compact in-line installation.

The Jagg Automatic By-Pass is supplied complete with all necessary hardware and easy to follow installation instructions.   
*If the oil hoses between the oil cooler and the oil source are too short, the oil cooler by-pass valve may not fit in the oil lines. Jagg mini by-pass valves require at least 3 inches of straight hose.
 

  The JAG-4400 Oil Filter Adapter installs between the engine and oil filter on front-mount spin-on oil filter applications. Optional for accessing oil supply for easy installation of oil cooler on Big Twin EVO's and XL Sportsters. Flows oil through the filter first resulting in greater flow.

The JAG-4400 Oil Filter Adapter is required for oil cooler installation on 2004-On Sportsters.

 

The JAG-4600 Offset Oil Filter Adapter installs between the engine and oil filter for quick and easy access to oil supply for oil cooler installation. Flows oil through the filter first, resulting in greater flow characteristics.

Either the JAG-4600 or JAG-4700 Offset Oil Filter Adapter is required for oil cooler installation on Twin-Cam bikes. Optional for Fuel injected big twin EVO's.
